Food Truck Crew
-Truck Manager (helping maintain & oversee truck operations, health/sanitation & safety guidelines, customer service & satisfaction, community appreciation & spirit)
-Window Attendant / Cashier (taking orders, using square point of sale, keeping the line moving and customers engaged)
-Food Prep Station (making cold wraps & bowls) and pre-prep Grab-N-Go items
-Beverage Prep Station (dispensing cold-pressed recipes from juice coolers into 12oz & 24oz cups with ice, lid & straws). Pre-Bottle 12oz & 16oz for Grab N Go. Frozen Grab N Go.
General Duties: Keeping Truck and surrounding area clean and trash free, providing Good Communication with βMother Shipβ (Juice Kitchen) to help Keep Supplies Stocked for efficient and effective food prep. Providing excellent customer service.
Fairly Flexible Hours & Schedule
Food Experience Appreciated (but not required).
All Food Prep Staff is required to have a Food Handlers Certificate prior to start date.
Plant-Based Diet & Social Media Savvy a plus!
Point-of-Sale proficiency (Learning and using Square POS). Good Customer Service Skills
Also Includes East End Commissary Kitchen Work
Weekly Monday Kitchen Work
(1600 Kanawha Blvd East)
Monday Hours: 9am-2pm (with flexibility)
Assisting kitchen manager with produce pick-up, commercial kitchen sanitation and set up, juice press operation, bottling, labeling, packaging, final clean up (dish and pan washing, sweeping, wiping down counters & equipment)
Use of Personal Vehicle (not required, but helpful)
Might include:
Monday Morning
Produce Pick Up
&/or Monday Afternoon
Juice Delivery from East End Kitchen to Bridge Road late pick up destination

Hourly Pay: $15-$18
Hourly Compensation: very competitive, based on experience; highly impacted by contributions & work ethic. $15-$18/hr
